Attention: Tim Gladhill September 29, 2015 <br />Request for Variance extension <br />Planning Commission, <br />We would like to request an extension on the variance for fence height in our front yard, at <br />5859 Alpine Drive NW. <br />The reason for the request is the fence installation is dependent on Anoka County completing <br />their Project. (Project: The addition of a Stop Light at the corner of Alpine Drive and County <br />Road 5.) Our property was impacted by this, and we are still waiting for the final grading and <br />sod work it to be completed. <br />Because we have been given no definitive time line as to when the work will finally be done. <br />We would like the variance to be extended for 1 year. Once the County work is completed, we <br />will still need time to schedule the installation of the fence.
