B. I. UTILITYAND SIGN SHOP <br />The utility and sign shop building was built in the early to mid <br />1 970's and is approximately 5,000 sf. It consists of a pre-engineered <br />metal building with metal wall panels and roof. The exterior wall <br />has approximately a 8 ft high concrete masonry unit base course. <br />The following photographs and captions summarize our findings: <br />Figure B.
