What is required for a taxing district? <br />6) Fee Title Policy. <br /> <br /> a) Same as Number 3a above. <br /> <br />Committee then discussed the status of the Ramsey Commons multiple dwelling <br />project. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that this committe is also going to have to address those <br />areas like Flintwood I, as to how they should be treated and would the project <br />go in by petition or would it be ordered in. <br /> <br />Mr. Sorteberg stated that more information is required on "Need" and "Want" <br />before this committee can establish a policy. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg stated that there is a great need for public improvements on Hwy. 10 <br />by such businesses as Jimmy B's, McGregor's and the trailer court, but then <br />you have a business like Mr. Gilbertson (liquor store and rental facility) <br />which doesn't have the need but is located right in the middle of a high need <br />area. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Reimann and seconded by Mr. Isaakson to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Members Sorteberg, Reimann, Isaakson, Menkveld, <br />Miller, Fults, Schnelle, Raatikka and Berg. Voting No: None.
