CASE #15 AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF RAMSEY AND CURT T!TTERUD <br /> <br />(Encl D2 Case 15) <br /> <br />This is an agreement regarding moving of a house into the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilperson Cox and seconded by Councilperson <br />Sorteberg to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator <br />%o sign %he agreement be%ween the City of Ramsey and Mr. <br />Curt Titterud regarding the moving in of a house into %he <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Sorteberg, <br />Councilman Reimann, Councilman Cox and Councilwoman Van Wagner. <br />Voting no: None <br /> <br />ADDENDUM TO COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Case #1 STATE OF MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT APPROVAL OF <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY REQUEST FOR REVISING STATE AID STREET IN THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY (Please refer to D2 Case #16). <br /> <br />The Council acknowledge receipt of a letter from the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation transmitting a certified copy <br />of The Commissioner of Transportation Order No. 65284. <br /> <br />CASE #2 FINANCE.
