Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Sorteberg, <br />Comacilman Cox, Councilman Reimam% and Councilwoman Van Wagner. <br />Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich stated he will draft a proposal for amendment to <br />this Ordinance which will be proposed to the City Council and Planning <br />Commission as an Ordinance Review amending the Subdivision Ordinance <br />to bring it current with requirements tunderMinnesota Legislature <br />action concerning subdivisions. <br /> <br />11) Addendum Seminars/Workshop. (D-3 case 10): <br /> <br />Case #10 (a) Police Department seminars have been tabled until the <br />Council has set policy. <br /> <br />Case #10 (b) Annual Legislative Conference. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilwoman Van Wagner <br />to authorize four people from the City of Ramsey to attend the Annual <br />Legislative Conference sponsored by League of Mir~aesota Cities on <br />March 12, 1981. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Sorteberg, <br />Councilman Cox, Councilman Reimann, and Councilwoman Van Wagner. <br />Voting no: None. <br /> <br />12) Addendum Request for perrmission to place signs for Ramsey Fun <br />Day ID3 Case 11): <br /> <br />Motion by Councilwoman Van Wagner and seconded by Councilman Cox <br />to grant permission to Jean Schlueter to place two signs, one in <br />front of the Ramsey Elementary School and one in front of the old <br />City Hall advertising Ramsey Fun Day, March 7, 1981. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Sorteberg, <br />Councilman Cox, Councilman Reimazan, and Councilwoman Van Wagner. <br />Voting no: None. <br /> <br />13) Addendum City proposed purchases for approval (D3 Case 12): <br /> <br />The Council discussed policy for payment of purchase requests <br />on various items. Councilman Reiman~ and Sorteberg will work on <br />a policy for payment of purchase requests. No approval for payment <br />of items included in enclosure D3-j was made. <br /> <br />In regard to the cabinets for the City Hall office, the Council <br />agreed the specifications should be checked out further before <br />a decision can be made in regard to approval of a bid.
