Re: <br />Information of June 23, 1981 agenda. <br /> <br />The above letters and communications were noted by the Council. <br /> <br />D-1 STAFF REPORTS <br /> <br />1) City Administrator <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle reported on his staff report that <br />the city's legal case in regards to the State Aid Law research <br />indicated the city had a very weak case. <br /> <br />Regarding the comprehensive-plan, the staff should not negotiate <br />the comprehensive plan and the council should appoint a council <br />committee to work with the Metro Council and set up perameters <br />for negotiations. <br /> C/June 23, 1981 <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
