WILLIAM AYDT: <br /> <br />This case was deleted from agenda by request of Mr. Stull. <br /> <br />CASE #2 -REQUEST BUILDING PERMIT PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF PLA?TING <br /> REQOI,RmmNT[ CASE OF MR. BEN DEmmR: <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle advises Council that Mr. Deemers request is <br />just a matter of cash flow. That Mr. Deemer does have a Letter of Credit <br />Councilman Sorteberg stated that we cannot play favorites. How can <br />Mr. Deemer get a Letter of Credit without a certain amount of cash flow. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimarm, seconded by Councilman Cox, to disapprove <br />Mr. Deemers request for a variance from the platting requirements to <br />build a house in Pondvale Estates. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor <br />Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg, Cox and Van Wagner. Voting No: <br />None. <br /> <br />CASE #3 - CABLE T.V. REGARDING LEGISLATION <br /> <br />Council Noted. <br /> <br />CASE #4 -CABLE T.V. BID: <br /> <br />Council Noted. <br /> <br />CASE #S - LICENSE FOR APPROVAL: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann, seconded by Councilman Cox, to approve <br />license application for F.J. Gary Construction. Motion Carried. Voting <br />Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Cox, VanWagner and Sorteberg. <br />Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CASE #6 - APPROVAL TO MOVE IN RESIDENTIAL DWELLING, REQU~.ST ~OR; CASE OF <br /> MR. ROBERT SHARP: <br /> <br />Mr. Sharp presented photos of dwelling to be moved into his 35 acre parcel <br />located at the southwest corner of Highway ~47 and Green Valley.Road. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that we usually require a public hearing in these matters. <br /> <br />Building Inspector Berg stated the dwelling presently at this site will <br />be removed. <br /> <br />Council noted, judging by photos presented, that the dwelling to be moved <br />in is an improvement over the dwelling presently at this site. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg, seconded by Councilman Cox, to approve <br />the moving in of a residential dwelling at 17540 St. Francis Blvd. with <br />a work completion date of March 1, 1982, and no bonding necessary.
