Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to approve the public hearing minutes dated September 8, 1981 regarding <br />Improvement Project #80-16. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Re,mann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />approve public hearing minutes dated September 8, 1981, regarding Improve- <br />ment Project #80-17. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />approve the regular Council minutes dated September 8, 1981 with the follow- <br />ing correction: <br /> <br />Council Old Business - Case #9 - Flintwood Hills - Add the follow- <br />ing paragraph: <br /> <br />Council requested that the City Engineer check out the <br />developers request for the City to deed back 20 feet ease- <br />ment from Flintwood #1 to Flintwood Second Addition be- <br />tween Lots 1 and 2 Block 1Flintwood Second Addition. <br />The City also requested that the contract contain language <br />that Argon Street N.W. be brought up to Class 5 Standard <br />where it is on City property. Secondly, the City would <br />like a drainage maintenance bond. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox.
