Mr. Schnelle advises the Council to adopt a policy on project costs. For <br />example, Bowers Drive project absorbed an excess amount of time. <br /> <br />Councilmember Sorteberg recommends a Council committee of possibly two to <br />review petitions before they are placed on the agenda. Further, that there <br />be a minimum of 75% area signatures (after area residents have been informed <br />of the facts). <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle also advised Council to allocate $1,OOO to the League of <br />Minnesota Small Cities for computer time to keep the City of Ramsey cur- <br />rent. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />allocate $1,000 to the League of Minnesota Small Cities for computer time. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. <br />Voting no Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Van Wagner <br /> <br />Case #2 - Resolution Adopting Assessments for Improvement Project #81-12, <br /> Sealcoating Woodland Green <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner to have the City of Ramsey pick up <br />the sealcoating costs. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mayor Gamec stated that he is in favor of the 50/50 <br />plan. Councilmember Cox states that it isn't possible to establish an <br />overall policy of 50/50.
