Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to table this case due to alleged discrepancies until the next Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Cox. <br /> <br />Case #5 - Findings of Fact regarding number of units that will be assessed <br /> out regarding Street Improvement Project #80-15; case of Mr. <br /> Scott Golden, 17645 Baugh Street <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />approve the Findings of Fact which is contained as enclosure (D2-e) of <br />the Council agenda dated September 22, 1981, case of Mr. Scott Golden, <br />17645 Baugh Street, regarding the number of units to be assessed for <br />Street Improvement Project #80-15. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec and Councilmembers Sorteberg and Reimann stated they had re- <br />viewed this individuals property in regards to this assessment and they <br />felt he should be assessed one and one-half (1~) units as Council policy <br />would dictate. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to adopt Resolution #81-140 disapproving of Mr. Scott Golden's request to <br />delete their assessments and to assess him one and one-half (1~) units. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #81-140.) (Mr. Golden's <br />parcel of land is determined to be subdividable.) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that according to the Ordinance, Mr. Huff's <br />property is five (5) feet short of being subdividable.
