PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on Tuesday, October 27, 1981, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. Members Present: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Van Wagner Councilmember Sorteberg Councilmember Reimann Councilmember Cox Also Present: City Attorney Goodrich City Administrator Schnelle City Building Official Berg City Engineer Raatikka Reporter Eric Sandin The regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was called to order at 7:34 P.M. by Mayor Gamec. Mayor Gamec led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. The regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was adjourned at 7:35 P.M. to hold thc following public hearings: 1) Industrial Revenue Bond; case of Y. R. Sharp, Inc. 2) Proposed uses of Federal General Revenue in regards to City of Ramsey's Operational Budget for 1982. 3) Issuance of On-sale Liquor License to Mr. Douglas Allen Jensen Public hearings adjourned at 7:40 P.M. The Board of Adjustment public hearing was called to order at 7:41 P.M. in regards to Mr. Ronald Skovly's request for variance to construct a detached garage in front of his principle structure. The Board of Adjustment public hearing adjourned at 7:43 P.M. Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council back to order at 7:45 P.M. CITIZEN INPUT Mr. Reinhold Peltzer, 14430 Ramsey Blvd. came before Council requesting a building permit be issued to him before platting actually takes place re- garding the property described at Plat 89228 Parcel 1800, 146XX Ramsey Blvd. Some discussion followed by Council as to the permanent access to this property.
