COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #2 - Request for metes and bounds subdivision; Case of Mr. Robert <br /> <br />wojcik, Plat 89228 Parcel 4825: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />approve the proposed findings of fact as presented to the City Council <br />from the Planning and Zoning Commission. ~ ~~9~ ~ ~ <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Rcimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />disapprove of Mr. Robert Wojcik's request to subdivide the 1.69 acres of <br />land which is described in a survey done by N.C. Hoium and Associates, <br />Inc. dated May 13, 1981, based on the findings of fact. It is therefore, <br />recommended that Mr. Robert Wojcik follow the City's platting procedure <br />to plat this parcel of land (Plat 89228 Parcel 4825). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmember Van Wagner, Sorteberg <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Case #6 - License Applications: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner <br />to approve the following license applications: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Ben Deemer dba <br />B. J. House Doctor <br />14544 Nowthen Blvd. <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Glen and Virginia Mischke dba <br />Camper City North <br />7445 West Highway #10 <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Further, to inform Ben Deemer that if he has plans to work in the City of <br />Ramsey, he should apply for the license the first of the year. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt <br />Resolution #81-178, stating that all persons wishing to have a matter placed <br />on the Council agenda do so five (5) working days prior to a meeting and that <br />all paperwork be complete at that time. <br /> <br />Discussion: Councilmember Cox stated they could still approach us during <br />Citizen Input.
