PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on Tuesday, <br />November 10, 1981, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann <br />Councilmember Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Cox <br />Councilmember Van Wagner <br /> <br />Also Pre sent: <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />City Building Official Berg <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mayor Gamec <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann called the special meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. and <br />led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. McAloney - 15551 Zirconium - Have a home on 7~ acres, 100' frontage, <br />and would like to subdivide so that there are 3 acres with the home in <br />order to lower my taxes. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann - City Ordinance requires 200' frontage. You can't <br />subdivide. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox - Your land may not be as valuable as appraiser thinks <br />because of this ordinance. Should take this matter up with the appraiser. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich requests that resolution regarding rezoning applications <br />for Wes Bulen and Julian Schmidt be placed under Case #3 of Old Business. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilwoman Van Wagner to approve <br />the agenda with the addition of rezoning applications for Wes Bulen and <br />.Julian Schmidt. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />COUNCIL MI~JTES FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve special Council Minutes dated October 20, 1981. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
