Tesch of Solargizer <br /> <br />No action. Mr. Richard Tesch was not present at meeting. <br /> <br />Case #2 - Proposed LandUSe Zoning of'GeneralMills PrOperty in Ramsey <br /> <br />David Latvaaho - Real Estate Analyst for General Mills - was present at <br />the meeting. The Comprehensive Plan currently reflects General Mills <br />property as R-1. General Mills requests that Comprehensive Plan and <br />the Proposed Zoning for 1990 be Changed to designate their land as: <br /> <br />a) Commercial <br />b) Industrial <br />c) Residential <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle - Reiterates that General Mills is only requesting proposed <br />intention of zoning. This fact would be included in Comprehensive Plan. <br />If and when we do change the zoning of this parcel, if there is a major <br />impact, it will have to go to the Met Council for approval. By agreeing <br />to these proposed intentions of zoning, Ramsey is not committed in any way. <br /> <br />Mr. Laatvaho requests that map included in Comprehensive Plan be changed <br />to reflect these proposed intentions of zoning. <br /> <br />Council authorizes Mr. Schnelle and Mr. Goodrich to draft a resolution <br />regarding Proposed Land Use Zoning of General Mills Property that would <br />be agreeable to General Mills and the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />C/November 10, 1981 <br /> Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
