Case #3 Legislation: <br /> <br />Council noted third special session legislative bill which has been <br />introduced by the Governor. <br /> <br />Council noted meeting with Commissioner Clyde Allen at 2:00 P.M. on <br />December 22, 1981, regarding State aid and ta× affecting commercial, <br />industrial and rental properties. <br /> <br />Any action pertaining to the Lang, Pauly, Gregerson legal memorandum <br />regarding the state aid issue and whether we can take this issue to <br />the courts was deferred until the January 4, 1982 special Council <br />Meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to have Attorney Gregerson present at the January 4, 1982 special <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Van <br />Wagner and Sorteberg. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember <br />Re imamn. <br /> <br />Any action pertaining to Ramsey Economic Development Commission was <br />rescheduled until the January 12, 1982 regular Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Case #4 Bowman Residence (Informational): <br /> <br />Council noted memo from Building Official Berg regarding the Bowman <br />residence at 16001 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Case #S Licenses for Council Approval: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van <br />Wagner to approve all license applications; <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Cox, Van Wagner and Reimann. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner <br />to pay the bills in the amount of $130,341.19. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Cox, Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van <br />Wagner to adjourn the regular Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
