Council noted the following contained in December 22, 1981 Council <br />Agenda: <br /> <br />1) Building Official <br />2) City Assessor <br />3) City Ac~ninis trator <br />4) City Engineer <br />5) Chief of Police (See Letters and Communications #26) <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka - Art Raudio could not be present tonight to <br />discuss Council's last offer on obtaining the South half of Outlot B <br />in. Countryside Estates for drainage easement. I will be putting this <br />matter back on the agenda for the first Council meeting in January, <br />1982. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka - Regarding sewer service through Anoka, City of <br />Anoka proposed Ramsey provide service to Anoka's trailer court south <br />of T.~[. ~10 and Anoka would provide service to the area in Ramsey lying <br />between T.H. #10 and the railroad and east of Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cox - If we go along with this, where are we going to be <br />at later in time in regards to the trunk line? <br /> <br />Mayor Ga,mc - Authorizes City Engineer Raatikka to inform Anoka officials <br />that Ramsey will consider this proposal. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka - Does the City of Ramsey want to pursue MSA <br />Project this year? <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec - Authorizes City Engineer Raatikka to have MSA Project put <br />on the Council Agenda for the first Council meeting in January, 1982. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle - Noted the 1981 and 1982 "Fiscal Disparities" summary by <br />County and Area Wide Tax Levy by Taxing District. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt a resolution to forward on to the County and State agencies <br />stating Ramsey City Council's attitude as to the irregularity of <br />d~stribution of fiscal disparities and to recommend that the fiscal <br />disparities law be repealed during the 1982 legislative session. <br />Resolution #81-196 <br />Further Discussion: Mayor Gamec ~ A copy of resolution should also be <br />sent to Rep. Weaver. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimsnn, COx and Van Wagner. Voting No: None.
