5. Adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br /> the Permittee. <br /> <br />6. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permittee. <br /> <br />7. There shall be no business signs visible from the exterior of the home. <br /> <br />8. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. <br /> <br />9. Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the <br /> private dwelling on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale <br />within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the <br />residence. <br /> <br />l 1. The Permittee shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable Federal, State, or <br /> County licenses. <br /> <br />12. The Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br /> enforcement of this Permit. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-03-079 <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
