21. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br />Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the B-2 Highway Business District the <br />Critical River Overlay District, and the Wild and Scenic River Overlay District. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />That if granted, the variance will not substantially increase the congestion of public <br />streets, or increase the danger of fire, or endanger the public safety, or substantially <br />impair property values within the neighborhood. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Jeffrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Board Member Johnson <br />Board Member Jeffrey <br />Board Member Brauer <br />Board Member Shepherd <br />Board Member Van Scoy <br />Board Member Watson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by <br />the 1st day of April, 2004. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />ent this <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-04-087 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
