Fax: 763.427.5543 <br />www.cityoframsey.com <br />This correspondence is in response to a request recently made related to an existing lease agreement between <br />the City of Ramsey and Northern Light Church of Ramsey, dated August 1, 2015 (Lease Agreement). <br />The specific request made by Northern Light Church is to construct a new monument sign for your church, <br />located in the parking lot of the Lease Agreement premises. <br />Northern Light Church will need to complete a sign application with the City's Community Development <br />Department, meet all government regulations, and receive an approved permit. If these conditions are met, the <br />City (Landlord), is okay with construction of the proposed sign. <br />It should be noted, the proposed improvement is considered by the City of Ramsey as a leaseholder <br />improvement. Said improvements shall not be removed by the tenant upon future termination of this <br />agreement, and shall become sole property of the landlord with no compensation to the tenant. Lastly, all other <br />signs placed on the Lease Agreement premises should be authorized by the City in writing.
