Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-01-004 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #16-36 <br />BUSINESS PARK 95 REGIONAL STORMWATER POND OUTLET IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey constructed a regional stormwater pond without an <br />outlet to serve the Business Park 95 development; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey now proposes to complete a Feasibility Report to <br />explore the feasibility of constructing the pond outlet in 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is considering the use of special assessments to fund a <br />portion of the pond outlet improvements in accordance with the City's Special Assessments <br />Policy. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the proposed improvements, designated as Improvement Project 916-36, be referred to the <br />City Engineer for study and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvements are necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether they should best be made as <br />proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement; the estimated cost of the <br />improvements as recommended; and a description of the methodology used to calculate <br />individual assessments for affected parcels. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
