CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Strommen. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />None. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br />Mayor Strommen stated that the City held the tree lighting ceremony prior to the Council <br />meeting tonight and thanked Northern Starz Theater for their participation.
