CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:37 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Review Revised Draft Strategic Planning Documents <br />City Administrator Ulrich presented the draft three-year Strategic Action Plan, addressing the <br />Strategic Initiatives that had been revised by the Council at the last Work Session. <br />The Council considered the Strategic Initiative to increase economic growth and development, <br />and to leverage outside funding sources, tactics, and key outcome indicator/metrics. <br />The Council agreed with the suggestion of Councilmember Riley to revise Tactic 5 to add: <br />...review possible extension of sewer and water...' <br />City Council Work Session / May 12, 2015 <br />Pagel of 11 <br />
