CC Regular Session 4. 6. <br />Meeting Date: 05/26/2015 <br />By: Chris Anderson, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Approve Receipt of Pedestrian and Bicycle Trail Easement Related to the Plat of Rowe Second Addition; Case of <br />John and Sharon Rowe <br />Purpose/Background: <br />On March 24, 2015, the City Council granted Final Plat approval for Rowe Second Addition (originally proposed <br />as Rowe Addition but that plat name already existed). As part of the approvals, the Developer was to provide a <br />fifteen (15) foot wide Trail Easement to the City across Lot 1, Block 1 to accommodate the future construction of a <br />trail.
