Councilmember :XXXXX introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-05-133 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO CONSTRUCTION RESULTS <br />CORPORATION FOR IP 14-28 PARKING RAMP GARAGE ENCLOSURE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted October 14, 2014, <br />accepting plans and specifications and authorizing advertisement for bids for the enclosure of 14 <br />parking stalls located within the existing Ramsey Municipal Parking Ramp; and <br />WHEREAS, the bid of Construction Results Corporation in the amount of $303,440 was <br />the lowest responsible bidder; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council on March 10, 2015 <br />adopting Resolution #15-03-071, Construction Results Corporation was awarded a contract for <br />said work; and <br />WHEREAS, as of May 25, 2015 $0 has been paid to date; and <br />WHEREAS, the SRF Consulting Group has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment to Construction Results Corporation in the amont of $90,012.50. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Construction Results <br />Corporation for Improvement Project 14-28; parking ramp garage enclosure in the amount <br />of $90,012.50. <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the City Administrator to <br />sign the release form for this payment. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Williams <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Johns <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
