Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-05-111 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR RIDGEPOINT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #15-21 <br />WHEREAS, Village Bank seeks to develop seven parcels of land it owns, known as <br />Ridgepoint, and requests that the City undertake constructon of the necessary public <br />improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, Village Bank retained Hakanson Anderson to draft plans and specifications <br />for the public improvements, which City staff reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, Village Bank agrees to be assessed for the total cost of the public <br />improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The City Council hereby accepts the final plans and specifications prepared by Hakanson <br />Anderson for Village Bank for the construction of the Ridgepoint residential <br />development improvements, and authorizes the advertisement of bids for those <br />improvements. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26th day of May, 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #15-05-111 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
