Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #15-05-135 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF COR PARKVIEW ADDITION WHEREAS, PSD, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlots A & B, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 11TH ADDITION (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on March 5, 2015, the City received an Application for Major Plat from PSD, LLC; and WHEREAS, the City finds that the Plat does not required an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) due to the size of the project and number of lots; and WHEREAS, on April 9, 2015, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing for the plat known as COR PARKVIEW ADDITION; and WHEREAS, on April 28, 2015, the City Council reviewed the Preliminary Plat; and WHEREAS, on May 26, 2015, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat; and WHEREAS, on September 14, 2012, the Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) authorized a Parking Easement Agreement with Ramsey Professional Center, LLC, Anoka County Record Number: 2039031.001; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey HRA was dissolved on December 31, 2014 as authorized by City Resolution #14-11-236 and all Ramsey HRA assets and agreements were transferred to the City of Ramsey as authorized by Ramsey HRA Resolution #14-12-262 on December 09, 2014. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to COR PARKVIEW ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon the following: a) Compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated April 3, 2015. b) The Developer is responsible for constructing all required Public Improvements as shown on the current plans for Parkview East. c) The Developer must enter into a Development Agreement with the City.
