Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-05-135 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF COR PARKVIEW <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, PSD, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for <br />preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlots A & B, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 11TH ADDITION <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on March 5, 2015, the City received an Application for Major Plat from <br />PSD, LLC; and <br />WHEREAS, the City finds that the Plat does not required an Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet (EAW) or Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) due to the size of the project and <br />number of lots; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 9, 2015, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing for the <br />plat known as COR PARKVIEW ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 28, 2015, the City Council reviewed the Preliminary Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 26, 2015, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 14, 2012, the Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br />(HRA) authorized a Parking Easement Agreement with Ramsey Professional Center, LLC, <br />Anoka County Record Number: 2039031.001; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey HRA was dissolved on December 31, 2014 as authorized by <br />City Resolution #14-11-236 and all Ramsey HRA assets and agreements were transferred to the <br />City of Ramsey as authorized by Ramsey HRA Resolution #14-12-262 on December 09, 2014. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to COR PARKVIEW <br />ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon the following: <br />a) Compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated April 3, 2015. <br />b) The Developer is responsible for constructing all required Public Improvements as shown <br />on the current plans for Parkview East. <br />c) The Developer must enter into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />
