ORDINANCE #15-11 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 6 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-34. — HOURS AND DAYS OF SALE. SUBD. (C) <br />INTOXICATING LIQUOR; SUNDAY SALES; ON -SALE OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2 AMENDMENTS <br />Section 6.34 Subd. (c) is hereby amended to remove language stating the specific hours for Sunday Sales <br />of 10:00 a.m. on Sundays and 1:00 a.m. on Mondays, and adding the language "as allowed by State Law". <br />Therefore, Section 6.34 Subd. (c) shall read as follows: <br />Sec. 6-34 — Hours and days of sale. <br />(c) Intoxicating liquor; Sunday sales; on -sale. A restaurant, club, bowling center, or hotel with a seating <br />capacity for at least 30 persons and which holds an on -sale intoxicating liquor license may sell intoxicating <br />liquor for consumption on the premises in conjunction with the sale of food, as allowed by State Law. <br />SECTION 3.
