Alternatively, a non -farmed theme proposal is acceptable as well. Each 'team' of Landscape Architect and Playground Vender (hereafter referred to as 'vendor') may submit two separate proposals if desired, but no more than two. If choosing to submit two, separate proposals, each must be complete and distinct; e.g. listing alternates, or a 'menu' of different play items is not acceptable and a proposal having variables of any nature will not be considered by the city.
