One bound proposal to include separate bid prices for equipment and installation; design narrative, materials list with list prices for each element, design layout, illustrations and related supporting documents including warranty(s), compliance letters (ASTM, CPSC and ADAAG) etc. 2. Full size (24" x 36" max. preferred) color rendering of the design proposed mounted on foam board. Models of the playstructure may be submitted if desired by the vendor, but are not required. 3. Full size plan sheet showing dimensions and equipment layout w/required safety zone limits. 4. Additional full size plan sheet showing landscape proposed (if this cannot be adequately represented with playground plan sheet). 5. Electronic copy in PDF form of bound proposal is requested within the same business day of the 'hard -copy'. This is in addition to the paper copy mailed or delivered to the City of Ramsey.
