Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-05-138 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING REVISED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />COUNTRY CLUB HILLS <br />WHEREAS, U.S. Home Corporation dba Lennar, hereafter referred to as "Developer", <br />properly applied for a revised Development Agreement for the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlots A & E, SWEETBAY RIDGE <br />(Subject Property) <br />WHEREAS, on July 29, 2005, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat for <br />SWEETBAY RIDGE, which included the area currently proposed for Preliminary Plat Review <br />for COUNTRY CLUB HILLS. <br />WHEREAS, on April 30, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application from <br />Greatland Homes, LLC, Inc., for COUNTRY CLUB HILLS; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 5, 2014, the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing on <br />the Preliminary Plat for COUNTRY CLUB HILLS; and <br />WHEREAS, under 4410.4300(19)(c )of the State of Minnesota Rules, an Environmental <br />Assessment Worksheet (EAW) was prepared for Sweetbay Ridge in 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, the City finds that there have been no significant changes to the proposed <br />plat, and therefore an amended EAW is not required; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 24, 2014, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 9, 2014, the City approved the Final Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 20, 2015, the Plat was sold to the Developer from Greatland <br />Homes, LLC. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the revised development agreement for Country <br />Club Hills assigning the project to Lennar Homes. The City Council also authorizes tree removal <br />in accordance with the tree preservation plan to commence prior to recording of the Plat. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />
