Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #15-05-138 RESOLUTION GRANTING REVISED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR COUNTRY CLUB HILLS WHEREAS, U.S. Home Corporation dba Lennar, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for a revised Development Agreement for the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlots A & E, SWEETBAY RIDGE (Subject Property) WHEREAS, on July 29, 2005, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat for SWEETBAY RIDGE, which included the area currently proposed for Preliminary Plat Review for COUNTRY CLUB HILLS. WHEREAS, on April 30, 2014, the City of Ramsey received an application from Greatland Homes, LLC, Inc., for COUNTRY CLUB HILLS; and WHEREAS, on June 5, 2014, the Planning Commission conducted a Public Hearing on the Preliminary Plat for COUNTRY CLUB HILLS; and WHEREAS, under 4410.4300(19)(c )of the State of Minnesota Rules, an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) was prepared for Sweetbay Ridge in 2005; and WHEREAS, the City finds that there have been no significant changes to the proposed plat, and therefore an amended EAW is not required; and WHEREAS, on June 24, 2014, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat; and WHEREAS, on September 9, 2014, the City approved the Final Plat; and WHEREAS, on May 20, 2015, the Plat was sold to the Developer from Greatland Homes, LLC. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY , STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the revised development agreement for Country Club Hills assigning the project to Lennar Homes. The City Council also authorizes tree removal in accordance with the tree preservation plan to commence prior to recording of the Plat. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
