Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-06-141 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING POLICY FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OF LAND <br />PROCEEDS AND TAX INCREMENT FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING AREA <br />#14 -COR <br />WHEREAS, The City's Charter, Section 12.5 — Sales of Real Property states: If there are <br />proceeds from the sale of real property, if there is no outstanding indebtedness, the council may by <br />resolution designate some other public use for the proceeds; and <br />WHEREAS, The City's Policy for the Reimbursement of Land Proceeds and Tax <br />Increment for Tax Increment Financing Area 914 -COR was officially adopted by the City <br />Council at its meeting of June 10, 2014 without a resolution number assigned; and <br />WHEREAS, the action of June 9, 2015 will be considered a housekeeping item to <br />officially assign a resolution number to the policy. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby Assigns Resolution 415-06-141 to the Policy for the <br />Reimbursement of Land Proceeds and Tax Increment for Tax Increment Financing Area #14 - <br />COR. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 9th day of June, 2015. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
