Norlhdale Construction Co. <br />$1,119,883.99 <br />$42,396.28 <br />$54,130.85 <br />$1,216,411.12 <br />Engineer's Estimate <br />$960,000.00 <br />$31,100.00 <br />$42,200.00 <br />$1,033,300.00 <br />*= adjusted bid price <br />WHEREAS, bid alternate 42 is not a requirement at this time; and <br />WHEREAS, the bid of Kuechle Underground of Kimball, Minnesota, in the amount of <br />$823,126.51 for the base bid plus bid alternate 91 for the construction of said improvements in <br />accordance with the approved plans and specifications and advertisement for bids, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder and their bid shall be and hereby is accepted. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of <br />the City of Ramsey. <br />2) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br />bidders the deposits made with their bids at such time that a contract has been executed. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 9th day of June, 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #15-06-147 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
