It was the <br />general feeling of the Council the City of Ramsey should have a fire marshall. <br /> <br />Also, it was noted the City should contact the City of Anoka asking for the <br />contract being submitted to Ramsey no later than August 15 for budget purposes. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to approve the fire <br />contract with the City of Anoka. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann, Councilman <br />Mickelson, Councilman Cox and Mayor Gamec. Voting no None. <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION FOR ESTABLISHING CITY PI/RCHASING POLSCY <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt <br />Resolution #79-1 Establishing City Purchasing Policy. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann, Councilman <br />Mickelson, Councilman Cox and Mayor Gamec. Voting no None. <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF RESOLUTI~ON ESTABLISHING POLICY FOR CLASSIFICATION OF FUNDS/ <br /> <br />REVENUE/EXPENDITURE CODES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt <br />Resolution #79-2 Establishing Policy for Classification of Funds/Revenue/Ex- <br />penditure Codes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no None. <br /> <br />RECONF~NDATION TO JOIN HENNEPIN COUNTY COOPERATIVE PURCHASING <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt <br />Resolution #79-3 Hennepin County Cooperative purchasing agreement and <br />authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
