Voting no None. <br /> <br />SORTEBERG ADDITION <br /> <br />In reviewing the minutes of March 12, 1979, City Administrator Schnelle <br />noted the Council had not properly documented their findings in regards <br />to the Planning Commission minutes dated February 5, 1979. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to grant <br />a variance on items a, f and g as listed in the Planning and Zoning <br />minutes dated February 5, 1979, the Building Official inspect all lots <br />as required in Section 170.038H of the City Code and the drainage ease- <br />ment be reduced by one-half. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimann, Mickelson and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox approving the <br />bills for the month of March in the amount of $45,835.17. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimann, Mickelson and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec reported to the Council there was a meeting with Lee Start, <br />Dexter Marston, Dick Sba, A1 Sorteberg, Lloyd Schnelle and himself at <br />9:00 A.M., March 23, 1979 at the Ramsey Municipal Center. He stated the <br />meeting covered our Comprehensive Plan and is regards to the current <br />Planning that is being accomplished by Dexter Marston. Further, it was <br />stated that each Council member was mailed a copy of Lee Starr's comment <br />on our Comprehensive Plan under separate cover. <br /> <br />The Mayor also stated he was setting up another meeting with Sherwin <br />Sehenk in regards to the Industrial Blvd. road easement. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to adopt <br />Resolution #17 for the placement of a No Parking sign and a Children At <br />Play sign on Rivlyn Avenue. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimann, Mickelson and <br />Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Cox instructing <br />City Staff and Legal Council to proceed to attempt to gain access to acquire <br />appropriate right-of-way for Rivlyn to Highway #10 and to use the right of <br />condemnation if necessary. <br /> <br /> <br />
