Voting no: None. <br /> <br />SETTING OF BID DATES FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />BROOKVIEW ESTATES STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt numbered <br />resolution 79-21 approving plans and specifications and ordering advert- <br />isement for bids for the Brookview Estates Street Improvement (refer to <br />resolution file for resolution 79-21). The bid opening to be scheduled <br />for April 23, 1979 at 10:00 A.M. Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, <br />Councilmen Cox, Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />VARIOLITE STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt numbered <br />resolution 79-22 approving plans and specifications for bids for Variolite <br />Street Improvement (refer to resolution file for resolution 79-22). The bid <br />opening to be scheduled for May 4, 1979, at 10:00 A.M. Motion carried. Voting <br />yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />PURCHASE OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox seconded by Councilman Reimann to purchase a four- <br />drawer file through Hennepin County purchasing for approximately $260.00. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Cox, Councilman Reimann <br />and Councilman Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />FINANCING OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox seconded by Councilman Reimann to appoint the firm <br />of Weaver, Talle & Herrick as fiscal agents for the assessment projects. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Cox, Councilman Reimann <br />and Councilman Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />INTERPRETATION OF ORDINANCE #79-4 <br /> <br />Administrator Schnelle explained that the staff would like the Council's <br />intent regarding the outside finish required on accessory buildings in <br />accordance with Ordinance No. 79-4. <br /> <br /> <br />
