Voting no: None. <br /> <br />WESTBY FINAL PLAT APPROVAL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox, seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve the final <br />plat of Westby First Addition subject to the obtaini.ng of the Attorney's <br />Title Opinion, granting of utility easements and supplying the City with <br />reproducible house numbering map and subject also that this plat conform <br />with any and all other platting ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sortebergo Voting no: None. <br /> <br />PRICE QUOTE ON CHECK PROTECTOR <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld was present in the audience and offered to give one of his check <br />protectors to the City. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to send a letter <br />to Mr. Gilbert Menkveld thanking him for donating the check protector to the <br />City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sorteberg. Voting no: None <br /> <br />PRICE ~UOTES ON POLICE CAR REPAIR <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox,, seconded by Councilman Reimann to accept the bid <br />of Jack's Auto, 7105 Highway 10, Ramsey, Minnesota. for $1106.25 to rebuild <br />the Matador Engine, due to the fact that this is the low'bidder. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Cox, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sorteberg.
