Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to <br />approve the preliminary 5-year capital improvement program as presented <br />by the Park Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />OAKRIDGE ESTATES FINAL PLAT FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Mr. Lund appeared before the Council in regard to this plat. <br /> <br />Discussion was held on Item No. 3 of the City Engineer'.s Report dated <br />June 21, 1979 regarding street grades along Ferret Street and 163rd Avenue <br />being revised to match the proposed construction of 161st Avenue and Llama <br />Street. <br /> <br />Thei.City's Building Official is to check each lot before issuing permits <br />for City Code compliance. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to approve <br />the final plat of Oakridge Estates contingent that the plat conform with <br />the Engineer's Report dated June 21, 1979, all items specified being met and <br />a marketable title determined by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE FOR DE ZIEL'S SUPPER CLUB <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to <br />approve the license for Mr. George DeZiel, DeZiel's Supper Club~for on- <br />sale intoxicating liquor and Sunday liquor. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />SUPERBOWL, INCORPORATED ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> <br />Discussion held regarding the 60/40 requirement of the City Code on food <br />and liquor and the fact that Superbowl has been in operation only seven months. <br />Council directed that a letter be sent to Superbowl, Inc., informing them <br />that Council is going to review the 60/40 requirement as required by law <br />and consider if the 60/40 requirement could be changed to be based on the <br />amount of the investment instead of the amount of food business. <br /> <br />Regular Council Meeting <br /> June 25, ~79 <br /> Page 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
