The site plan doesn't indicate where drainage from Bldg. #3 will flow
and it should be directed to the street.

Discussion held on the parking by bldg. #4. It is recommended that
parking be kept off the street.

Councilman Reimann said he agrees with P&Z and the engineer's recommendation
and that Mr. ~Hedstrom agree or the item be tabled until some agreement is reached.

Councilman Mickelson is concerned that there is not adequate parking available.

Mayor Gamec suggested that all vehicles and trucks be parked in the garage
and eliminate the parking spaces in front of bldg. #4 and leave two
spaces for parking in front of bldg. #2.

Ken Peterson, Chairman of P & Z, said that the problem with this proposal
is that there is too much development for the land that is available.

Councilman Mickelson said he could go along with the parking spaces in
front of bldg. #4 and possibly parking on Front Street however he does
agree that this is overbuilding for the land area available.

Motion by Councilman Mickelson, seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to eliminate
the two parking spaces shown on the proposed plan that are adjacent to
Highway 10 in the front of the property by bldg. #2 and leave the rest the
way it is proposed. The (7) spaces in front of bldg. #4 will be up to the
engineer to determine if there is enough room or not.

Motion carried.
