Boyd Hanson, Gary Gorham and Councilman Mickelson were appointed to <br />the City's Liquor Commission. <br /> <br />COVENANT OF JACK MENKVELD FOR HIS PROPOSED 'INDUSTRY 'CENTER <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld presented his proposed covenant for the proposed Menkveld <br />Industry Park. <br /> <br />Council reviewed the convenant and concurred with its concepts. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL 'PROTECTION 'ORDINANCE FOR CRITICAL 'RIVER 'AREA IN CONJUNCTION <br />W--F1Yi-~ 'C~-TY .'COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to <br />recommend that the Environmental Protection Ordinance be forwarded to <br />EQB and Metro Council for review and approval. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sorteberg. <br /> <br />Mr. Ben Deemer noted that he voted against the ordinance because of the <br />requirement of the ten tree replacement. He feels that it should require <br />more trees or be eliminated completelY.
