Staff is not <br />asking for specific Council direction as part of this discussion (outside of Q&A, feedback, and suggested <br />amendments). This case was reviewed by the EDA on 01/07/2016, attached are the meeting minutes. <br />After review of the Economic Development Analysis report, Staff will bring back a policy discussion to the EDA <br />and City Council (March). The purpose of said policy discussion is to take action/ provide direction on the future <br />business park.
