, Go of 11,_ <br />RAMSEY <br />January 15, 2016 <br />Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />City of Ramsey <br />7550 Sunwood Drive <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />Re: Feasibility Report - City of Ramsey Improvement Project #16-00 Division C <br />Andrie Street and 164th Lane Reconstruction <br />Dear Mayor and City Council Members: <br />Transmitted herewith is a Feasibility Report for the proposed Andrie Street and 164th Lane <br />Reconstruction project which examines the feasibility of reconstructing the bituminous street sections <br />and completing other appurtenant improvements to the following two urban street segments: <br />• Andrie Street (approx. 6,330 linear feet) — Alpine Drive to 164th Lane <br />• 164th Lane (approx. 3,660 linear feet) — Andrie Street to Jarvis Street <br />This Feasibility Report examines the scope of the proposed improvements, explores estimated <br />costs and available funding sources, defines a preliminary project schedule, and provides a <br />determination for the necessity, feasibility and cost-effectiveness of the proposed improvements, <br />including an alternate design, as well as whether the improvements would best be completed <br />separately or in conjunction with another project. <br />I would be happy to discuss this report with you at your convenience.
