7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.01: Introduce Ordinance #16-1 Establishing an Administrative Grading Permit that <br />Involves the Addition or Removal of Between 40 Cubic Yards and 400 Cubic Yards <br />of Earth Material <br />Housing Intern Michael Healy reviewed the staff report and recommendation from staff and the <br />Planning Commission to adopt Ordinance #16-1 establishing an Administrative Grading Permit <br />for grading activities that will disturb forty or more cubic yards of earth material. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to introduce Ordinance <br />#16-1 Amending Section 117-58 (Reserved) of the Ramsey City Code. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Riley, Johns, Kuzma, Shryock, <br />and Williams. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember LeTourneau. <br />
