MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced upcoming meetings and events. <br />City Administrator Ulrich announced the Highway 10 bridge over Armstrong Boulevard opened <br />on New Years' eve. Traffic is improving for businesses in that area. <br />Mayor Strommen announced the annual performance review was conducted with City <br />Administrator Ulrich. The City Administrator's Annual Performance Evaluation and <br />Professional Development Plan was accepted as part of the Consent Agenda. <br />9.
