Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Rei~ann and Sorteberg. <br />Voting no: None <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO ESTABLISH TWO CITY FUNDS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to authorize <br />the establishment of General Obligation Improvement Bond Fund 411-4718. <br />for Bond Issue 9-1-79 ($950M) -- and Administrative Trust Fund 803-4957. to cover <br />administrative costs in maintenance of bond issues. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimann and Sorteberg. <br />Voting no: None. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Sorteberg and seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve <br />the Bills for October 1979 in the total disbursement of $85,219.23. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Reimann and Sorteberg. <br />Voting no: None. <br /> <br />HOLKER LAWSUIT <br /> <br />Attorney reviewed the lawsuit of Tomco Inc., versus the City of Ramsey and <br />asked Council if they wished to appeal the decision. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to instruct <br />the City Attorney not to appeal Tomco Real Estate Inc., versus the City of <br />Ramsey pursuant to peremptory writ of mandamus issued by the judge on 10/19/79 <br />and the building inspector is instructed to issue a building permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
