That the auto body repair business will be conducted <br />in the existing 30 X 45 foot metal building. <br /> <br />That the principal business conducted will be auto <br />body repair with the Permittee as the sole employee <br />except that when necessary he may, from time to time, <br />have a maximum of five (5) employees. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall be able to sell occasional vehicles <br />with a maximum of three (3) vehicles on display at one time <br />outside of the fenced storage lot. <br /> <br />That outside storage of auto parts shall be visually <br />screened with something compatible with the surrounding <br /> <br />That the vehicle storage lot for all vehicles that <br />are kept on the premises shall be comprised of an <br />area no larger than 20,000 square feet with said fence <br />being six (6) feet high in order to adequately screen <br />the storage lot. Ail vehicles on the premises shall be <br />kept within this fenced area, with the exception of <br />No. 3 of this Agreement. <br /> <br />That there shall be no salvage yard or junk yard <br />activities conducted from this business or in conjunction <br />with this business. (The intention of this restriction <br />is to prohibit solicitation and/or sales of auto parts). <br /> <br />This Agreement shall in no way restrict the sale of the <br />business to a new owner who shall conduct the business <br />in the same manner of operation as the Permittee. <br />However, an annual review of this operation shall be <br />required to determine that the business operation is in <br />compliance with City regulations and this Agreement. Said <br />review to be conducted along with the application for <br />licens,ing of this business. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
