<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of <br />Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a <br />public hearing on Thursday, April 1, <br />2004, immediately following the 7:00 <br />p.m. Board of Adjustment meeting at <br />Ramsey Fire Station #1, 15050 Armstrong <br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to con- <br />sider amendments to Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land), establishing <br />Section 9.20.27 (Zoning Districts) imple- <br />menting development controls along the <br />north side of Highway 10. <br />All interested persons are invited to <br />attend the hearing and comment on the. <br />proposed amendments. The City of <br />Ramsey complies with' the Americans <br />With Disabilities Act and upon advance <br />request, information will be provided in <br />an alternative form and interpreters will <br />be available. Any person with such a <br />request should contact 10Ann Shaw at <br />763-427-1410 by noon on Thursday, <br />March 25, 2004.
