Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing on Request for Vacation of Easements; Case of Oak~vood <br />Land Development, Inc. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon explained in anticipation of the final plat <br />ibr Alpine Woods, this ordinance is being introduced to vacate the drainage and utility easements <br />in High Point 2'd Addition subdivision, specifically Lot 2, Block 1. The other five lots that will <br />be re-platted as Alpine Woods do not contain any drainage and utility easements.
