25. That the unique circumstances on the Subject Property do not result from the actions of the <br />Applicant. <br />26. That, if granted, the variance will not grant the Applicant any special privilege that is denied <br />to the owners of other land in the same district. <br />27. That, if granted, the variance will not increase the danger of fire or endanger the public safety. <br />28. That, if granted, the variance will not violate the intent and purpose of the comprehensive <br />plan. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Van <br />Scoy, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Chairperson Levine <br />Commissioner Bauer <br />Commissioner Van Scoy <br />Commissioner Andrusko <br />Commissioner Brauer <br />Commissioner Nosan <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Commissioner Maul <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Planning Commission this <br />the 7th day of January, 2016. <br />ATTES <br />i <br />Cit Clerk <br />RESOLUTION #16-01-007 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
