City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Patrick Brama <br />City Attorney Joe Langel <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:02 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Strommen. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />Mayor Strommen noted that there is a group of students from Anoka present tonight and <br />provided the group with the opportunity to introduce themselves. <br />Caitlyn, Anoka Middle School for the Arts, stated that this group of students in participating in <br />the Samsung Soul for Tomorrow that uses STEM skills to attempt solve a major issue in the <br />community. <br />Note: The Secretary was unable to hear all the names of the students who spoke; therefore, <br />speakers will be recognized as "student". <br />Student stated that the issue they have chosen is homelessness and they hope to assist in getting <br />more people off of the street. <br />City Council / January 26, 2016 <br />Page 2 of 13 <br />
