There Were nome. · <br /> <br />Mayor Cox explained that there was a strong objection to mobile homes in the <br />community am~' am effort haw been made to try to reduce the number of mobile <br />homes in .the area. <br /> <br />Councilman Riemann said that~e felt Mr. Davis had a very good reason for <br />wanting to live ia his mobiie~home which is so that he could be near his <br />greenhouse business in the.~ter :until that time when he could afford to <br />build a housei He..aS~ed M~..ii~avi~-if he felt he coUld-have a .house up within <br />two years. Mr; Davis said that ,.he felt that he could. <br /> <br />Councilmam'Niekelsenr voiced ~ncern.about the fact that once a mobile home is' <br />moved in and"~et uP:f~r over ~A longer peri°d of time thaa ninety (90) days, it <br />then stays where it is fo~ al~ the time. <br /> <br />Mr. Nereson said that it should Be made non.transferrable so that no one but <br />Mr. Davis could live there.. -~ <br /> <br />Ben Deemer, 16~1~ Quartz ~ '~ ' <br /> , suggested a variance be granted for one year and if <br />Mr. Davis shoWS progress a~d ~'ould' get 'h~s house up in another year, then an <br />extension could be~.graated. 'Davis' did not think he could guarantee having <br />his house built in that time.:' ' -' <br /> <br />Councilman Muller asked Mr. Davis-if he could accept a one-year permit with a <br />possible extension. Eay°r ~e~ i agreed and said that he could accept a one year <br />permit with a' possible extension after that time.
